Your presence at our Women Who LINK  brings every woman in the room seeking clarity, confidence, and connection on her path forward, bringing confidence and motivation. 

Your insights and engagements make a real impact, helping women explore what a happy, secure, and fulfilling space and career can look like.

By sharing your knowledge and encouragement, you’re helping them discover the paths where they’ll feel supported, equipped, and truly able to thrive.

Lead a Mini-Workshop: Host a 30-minute skill session at our meetings every last Wednesday of the month (resume reviews and writing, financial planning, HR, or teaching CRMs, coaching, professional etiquette, or styling, whatever is your specialty).

  • Mentor-Match: Be introduced to 2–3 women seeking guidance—let us know your availability and interests.

  • Feature in Our Newsletter: In turn, we invite you to share your insights in an “Ask the Expert” Q&A with our newsletter and social media posts that we can push out for you.

  • Participate in the same format as Women Who Link, with our FUTURE READY for middle school (career exploration), and high school (career readiness)

  • There is a $50 sponsorship fee. 

  • If you join the LINK membership, you’ll be eligible for recognition in our October 2026 Top Choices & Awards—highlighting outstanding volunteering, participation, sponsorships, and business excellence in Lake Norman. Your organization will be featured across our social media, newsletters, and community platforms! Share your events, programs, and services as a vetted business, aligned with LINK Lake Norman's vision. This is your chance to be seen by the entire LKN community as a top choice for partnerships, bookings, and collaborations.

  • Every business on the LINK Platform is vetted. We accept or decline businesses on our platform based on our standards for building relationships, impact, and purposeful connections. Businesses have to be screened before joining. 

To meet LINKs standards:

  • Be an established business that serves our communities and aligns with LINK

  • All businesses that are on the platform because we know them, have worked with them, have experienced them personally, and we can attest authentically that it is the right fit for LINK.

  • LINK must be able to experience your business from the food you serve, to the products you work with, to the community you support.

  • There is a fee for membership to be an asset to our platform

  • We will only align you to purposeful connections and conversations, never wasting your time with authentic introductions, knowing personally the reasons and people we connect to build, invest, and support our local businesses, industries, using our resources and business, being trustworthy, loyal. and a commitment to serve you as an asset to your business and outreach in the community.

Businesses attending and seeking new hires, please note.

  • If you're attending and searching for possible candidates, you would pay the $50 fee to attend to support our workshops and programs. If your company hires from our network, there is a job placement fee based on temp-to-hire ( 50% fee) and direct hires (at 24% of the annual salary).
